I am currently looking to find someone to takeover a lease starting August 1st. To give you a little info on the townhouse ---its at a most convenient location in Windermere area (West Ashley). Only minutes to downtown! Open floor plans, two car garage, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, and a screened in porch. One bedroom and bath on first floor and two bedrooms and two baths on second floor. Close to the West Ashley Greenway with access to miles and miles of biking/walking trails. We renewed the lease for another year, but I have found another place to live that was an offer I could not pass up. The three rooms are all different sizes and the rent is staggered per room. My roommate is staying for the next year and I am trying to help him fill the spot. He is a young professional who works a lot but has been a wonderful roommate who is clean and courteous.
